FERC Standards of Conduct - Standard Course for Field

Description
A basic course for FERC Order 2004. This course is written specifically for field personnel that handle transmission information. Meets FERC SOC Training requirement. About 20 minutes in length. Test optional.

Learning Objectives

Familiarize Learner with FERC, regulatory terms and definitions and applicability of statute.
Train Learner to recognize potential for violating the SOC in their field environment.
